This page lets users of the Vehycles App, provided by Vehycles Technology LTD, request permanent deletion of their account and associated data without reinstalling or opening the app.
Delete instantly in the app
- Sign in to Vehycles.
- Open Account.
- Scroll to Account actions and select Delete account.
- Review the consequences, tick the acknowledgement, enter your current password, type DELETE, and select Delete my account.
The in-app process completes immediately after successful verification and signs you out.
Request deletion without the app
Email our support team from the email address registered to your Vehycles account.

Or send a message to support@vehycles.io with the subject Vehycles account deletion request and include your registered full name, email address and phone number. Never include your password, payment-card details or verification code.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner. Verification may include replying from the registered email address or confirming a one-time code. We normally complete a verified web request within 30 days and will confirm when it is complete.
What is deleted or anonymised
- your name, email address, phone number, profile image, password credentials and account access;
- active login sessions, verification records and registered push-notification devices;
- personal vehicles that are not linked to a renewal or other record that must be retained;
- personal reminders and maintenance records;
- support conversations, messages and attachments;
- personal notifications, communication-delivery records and lifecycle-email records; and
- other directly identifying account data that is not subject to a legitimate retention requirement.
What may be retained

Before deletion: If you have an active paid renewal, refund, dispute or fleet responsibility, tell support in your request. Account deletion does not cancel a payment obligation or prevent us from completing a refund or legally required record.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may create a new account later, but deleted garage, reminder, maintenance and support data cannot be restored.
